Apache Blue Mountain® Church
To apply for an Apache Blue Mountain® Church Tribal ID Card, applicants must submit the following documentation:
• A copy of a valid government-issued driver’s license or identification card.
• A copy of their tribal enrollment identification card (if applicable).
• Documentation showing their ancestry DNA percentage.
All submitted documentation will be reviewed by the Apache Blue Mountain® Church Tribal Council. Applicants will be notified once the review process has been completed.
To qualify for an Apache Blue Mountain® Church Tribal ID Card, applicants must demonstrate a minimum ancestry DNA percentage of 20% or greater. Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval, as all applications are subject to review and verification.
Membership in the Apache Blue Mountain® Church is $50 annually. We welcome individuals who are sincerely committed to being active members of our church community. Members are expected to contribute in a meaningful way through volunteer service, cultural preservation, church activities, community outreach, fundraising efforts, or other forms of support that strengthen our church and tribal community.
Our mission is to build a strong faith-based community dedicated to service, fellowship, and the preservation of Apache culture, traditions, and heritage.
